PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a carrying hose of a blast means for polishing. SOLUTION: This device performs surface processing by injecting a blast material 3 for polishing to the workpiece 2. The device includes a storage container 4 for the blast material 3, a metering device 5 and a blast device 6. The blast device 6 includes a blast material feeding means 7 having an inlet 8 and an outlet 9 for the blast material 3. The blast material 3 is fed to a jet region through the blast material feeding means 7 and the outlet 9. The blast device 6 includes a pressure supplying means 11 for deflecting a flow 12 of the blast material 3 appearing from the outlet 9 by a pressure medium 13 and a control means 14 provided in the inlet 8 of the blast feeding means 7 to introduce the flow 12 of the blast material 3.
