PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device with the positioning function for accurately positioning a clamping object simultaneously when clamping the clamping object. SOLUTION: This clamping device 1 with the positioning function has a clamp body 3, a pull rod 4 and a plurality of engaging members 30 slidably fitted around a tip side part of the pull rod 4. The plurality of respective engaging members 30 have a clamp engaging part 30a fittable in and engageable with an engaging hole 2a of a work 2 by being displaced to the diametrally expanding side and a positioning engaging part 30b fittable in and engageable with a positioning hole 18 of the clamp body 3 by being displaced to the diametrally expanding side. When driving the pull rod 4 to the clamp side, a plurality of clamp engaging parts 30a are fitted in and engaged with the engaging hole 2a, and fixes the work 2, and a plurality of positioning engaging parts 30b are fitted in and engaged with the positioning hole 18, and determines a position of the work 2 to the clamp body 3.
