PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance divisibility in tape cutting after thermal cohesion and adhesion strength to polypropylene resin coated on a steel sheet. SOLUTION: This repair tape is constituted so as to repair the inside surface in the weld zone in the can body of a laminate can consisting of a laminated steel sheet on which a resin primarily comprising polypropylene is coated at least on a surface of the steel sheet which becomes the inside surface of the can. This repair tape is 20-200μm thick and its elastic modulus at 90°C is taken as≤1.0×10<SP>9</SP>(dyne/cm<SP>2</SP>). This repair tape is taken as thermoplastic modified polyolefin resin and the ratio of the modified polypropilene in the modified polyolefin is≥50%. Furthermore, this repair method of the weld zone of the laminate can is performed by covering the weld zone of the laminate can by using the repair tape and, next, thermally cohering the weld zone which is covered with the repair tape.
