<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler 100 for a fuel cell partly or wholly made of resin than can bear temperature variations. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust tube 110 for exhaust air to pass from the fuel cell 10 is of stainless steel. On the other hand, a muffler shell 120 covering the exhaust tube 110 is of resin.
