摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gold label from being wound in a raw material surface in hot working to generate a product flaw. SOLUTION: The gold label 12 is stuck on an end surface of a hot raw material 10 by spot welding. Identification information 22 is displayed on a ceramic film 20 coating the surface of the gold label 12. As the gold label 12, a material is used which oxidizes by being heated for 1.5 to 3.5 at 800 to 1,200°C in a heating furnace wherein the hot raw material 10 is heated before being rolled, forged, and so on. The hot raw material 10 on which the gold label 12 is stuck is loaded in the heating furnace and heated and the gold label 12 oxidizes to peel off the hot raw material 10 during the heating. The gold label 12 is therefore prevented from being wound in the raw material surface during hot rolling, forging, etc., after being taken out of the heating furnace to generate a product flaw.
