PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of flexibly coping with the fluidized material of mass production or various kinds of fluidized material to cool the fluidized material in a short time. SOLUTION: This cooling device 20 is provided with a throw-in part 22 to be thrown into the fluidized material 12 housed in a container 10, and the throw-in part 22 is formed of a plurality of columnar cooling bars 30. The inside of the cooling bar 30 is provided with cooling passages 30a, 30b, 30c and 30d wherein cold water flows.
