PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor material which has a substantially neutral TCR (temperature coefficient of resistance) to be important especially in a high-frequency application field and is used in a variety of resistance values. SOLUTION: A resistor component includes a component of a positive temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and a component of a negative TCR. The component of the positive TCR includes a plurality of conductive particles and a dielectric binder, and the component of the negative TCR includes a conductive polymer and further optionally includes a binder which is the same as or different from the binder of the component of the positive TCR. It is characterized in that the component of the positive TCR and the component of the negative TCR exist in a relative quantity to each other to provide a resistor complex having a total TCR between -500 ppm/°C and 500 ppm/°C.
