METALLIZED FILM CAPACITOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem for a capacitor having a self-protection function where the capacitance reduction is suppressed after charged for a long time by decreasing the size of the divided metallized electrode but the self-protection becomes not sufficient and the dielectric loss often increases although the capacitance drop can be suppressed. SOLUTION: Since divided metallized electrodes 5a-5c are split in the width direction of a film and the size of the electrode is increased toward a metallized contact joint 4, a capacitor having high safety and long term reliability can be obtained. Furthermore, since the width of fuse parts 6a-6c is widened toward the metallized contact joint 4, the dielectric loss is decreased and heat generation of the capacitor can be suppressed.
