PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device which reduces the number of times of mode setting and makes it easy to set the mode. SOLUTION: A mode register 241 holds a setting value for burst length inputted to terminals corresponding to address terminals A7-A9 together with a mode register command and also holds a setting parameter regarding an OCD impedance adjustment function inputted to the terminals corresponding to the address terminals A7-A9 together with an extend mode register command. When an adjustment mode for the OCD impedance adjustment function is directed to be activated and an activation signal ADJON reaches an H level, a mode setting circuit 242 sets a burst length setting signal BL4 on the H level regardless of the setting value for the burst length held by the mode register 241 and sets automatically the burst length on a specified value (4) in the adjustment mode.
