PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal and vegetable oil combustion device for (1) performing complete combustion, (2) preventing formation of long flame, (3) stabilizing combustion flame, and (4) preventing deposition char on an atomized fuel nozzle or the like disposed on an inner wall of a burner tile or the like or in the burner tile. SOLUTION: The animal and vegetable combustion device introduces primary air as straight air flow moving straight in the axial direction in a burner tile 3, and introduces secondary air as swirling flow moving along an inner surface 23 of a side wall 21 of the burner tile 3. Since the centrifugal force is applied to liquid droplet fuel (D) by the swirling flow, and the fuel is diffused in the sectional direction, the fuel is easily and completely burned. The liquid droplet fuel is ejected after adjusting the particle size thereof to be small, and the liquid droplet fuel (D) is not deposited on an internal wall or the like even when char is contained therein.
