PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high impact strength thermoplastic resin composition having especially high practical strength, excellent in transparency and stiffness and having good balance of the other physical properties. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition having high impact strength comprises (A) 5-85 mass% copolymer composed of 60-95 mass% aromatic vinyl monomer unit and 5-40 mass% conjugated diene unit, (B) 5-85 mass% copolymer composed of 70-95 mass% aromatic vinyl monomer unit and 5-30 mass% (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer unit, (C) 1-45 mass% copolymer composed of 20-<60 mass% aromatic vinyl monomer unit and >40-80 mass% conjugated diene unit and (D) 0.1-10 mass% copolymer composed of 60-85 mass% aromatic vinyl monomer unit and 15-40 mass% unsaturated nitrile monomer unit.
