PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing material used for easily unsealable containers and capable of forming heat-sealing portions which have sufficient sealing force, can easily be unsealed when unsealed, and have good heat resistance, and to provide an easily unsealable container using the same. SOLUTION: This heat-sealing material for the easily unsealable containers is characterized by comprising a modified propylenic polymer obtained by subjecting 30 to 95 wt. % of a propylenic polymer satisfying the following conditions (1), (2), and (3) and 70 to 5 wt. % of a vinylic monomer to graft reaction conditions. (1) The content of propylene is 85 to 95 wt. %, and the content of a 2 to 8Cα-olefin including ethylene is 15 to 5 wt. %. (2) The content of room temperature xylene-soluble fraction is 10 to 90 wt. %. (3) The content [Y wt. %] of the other 2 to 8Cα-olefin including ethylene and the content [CXS wt. %] of the room temperature xylene-soluble fraction have the following relation: 0≤5Y-25< CXS. And the easily unsealable container is characterized by having a heat-sealed structure in which the heat-sealing material for the easily unsealable containers is heat-sealed on the surface of a propylenic resin.
