POLYARYLENE SULFIDE RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bright-colored polyarylene sulfide resin composition with a high crystallization temperature and its molded article. SOLUTION: The polyarylene sulfide resin composition is prepared by dispersing (B) 0.1-10 wt.% organized phyllosilicate in (A) 90-99.9 wt.% polyarylene sulfide resin or by dispersing (B) 0.1-10 wt.% organized phyllosilicate and (C) 0.1-80 wt.% inorganic filler in (A) 10-99.8 wt.% polyarylene sulfide resin. The visual lightness L* of the composition in the L*a*b* color model is higher than that of the polyarylene sulfide resin (A); the visual lightness differenceΔE (color difference obtained fromΔL* and chromaticity differencesΔa* andΔb*) between the composition and the standard white plate is small.
