PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of the level control of a controlling spraying apparatus 16. SOLUTION: A chemical dispenser is provided with the controlling spraying apparatus 16 composed of a center boom 16a and right/left booms 16b, 16c and attached to the body of a mobile farm machine having an inclination sensor (main machine) 31 in a manner to enable free rolling motion of the dispenser. An inclination sensor (boom) 33 is attached to the spraying apparatus 16, the relative lateral inclination angle of the spraying apparatus 16 is calculated by subtracting the inclination of the farm machine body from the detected value of the inclination sensor (main machine) 31 and the inclination sensor (boom) 33, and the rolling of the spraying apparatus is controlled to correct the relative lateral inclination angle. A pressure sensor 35 for detecting inner pressure is placed in a horizontal cylinder 24 to perform the rolling control of the spraying apparatus 16, and when the vertical oscillation of the right/left booms 16b, 16c of the spraying apparatus 16 is detected by the pressure sensor 35, the level controlling apparatus of the chemical dispenser performs the lift control of the right/left booms 16b, 16c relatively to the center boom 16a to correct the vertical oscillation of the right/left booms 16b, 16c.
