The present invention relates to a united microphone with camera and a videoke system. The united microphone with camera of the present invention comprises a microphone for converting audio signal into electric signal; a CCD camera united with the microphone, for converting video signal into electric signal; and a free focus lens lays for clearly forming an image of a short-distance and long-distance subject on a CCD chip of the CCD camera. Further, the videoke system of the present invention employs the united microphone with camera.
