An inhibition kit comprising; (a) a precursor of melanin formation; (b) an enzyme, an oxidant or a mixture thereof; and (c) instructions for the application of (a) and (b) above to regulate/inhibit soluble/insoluble proteins, regulate/inhibit protease to promote skin care, regulate the growth of microbes to to provide an antimicrobial system, regulate/inhibit soluble/insoluble proteins to condition or preserve food or beverages, inhibit malodour generation, and regulate organisms that are involved in dandruff and care of the scalp skin.
