<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card system, an information access method and an information accessing program that can execute access processing on an IC card by an appropriate procedure when a plurality of tasks contend. <P>SOLUTION: When a task using information in an IC card 150 is generated, the IC card system requests authentication information of a user, and then until a given condition is fulfilled, stops a request for authentication information of the user even if another task using information in the IC card 150 is generated.
