PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sealing water for a trap from breaking without installing another branch pipe with a vent valve separately from a usual drain pipe. SOLUTION: In a socket 1 for drain piping provided with an upper protruded opening 1A disposed in a floor drain opening D and a side protruded opening 1B connected to an underfloor drain horizontal pipe P1 and having such a structure that a trap 2 is inserted in the upper protruded opening 1A and droopingly held, a vent hole 3 is formed on a wall in a height between the upper protruded opening 1A and the side protruded opening 1B and also a ventilation valve 4 guiding the outside air by opening the vent hole 3 when the inside of the drain pipe P1 on the more downstream side than the trap 2 becomes in a negative pressure is installed inside the vent hole 3.
