PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable hydraulic control in a duty boosting state, in an anti-lock brake controller for a vehicle that comprises a normally open type solenoid valve disposed between a wheel brake and a brake hydraulic pressure generating means, a normally closed type solenoid valve disposed between the wheel brake and a reservoir, and a pump capable of returning brake fluid pumped up from the reservoir to the hydraulic pressure generating means side, and can switch between a normal boosting state for making a predetermined current flow to a coil of the normally open type solenoid valve and the duty boosting state for setting fed current to the coil of the normally open type solenoid valve at an intermediate value between ON and OFF when brake hydraulic pressure of the wheel brake is increased. SOLUTION: An anti lock control means 34 capable of controlling discharge amount per unit time of the pump reduces the discharge amount per unit time of the pump in the duty boosting state than the normal boosting state.
