PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which is small has large capacitance by using a board with metal layers formed on both sides of a dielectric layer respectively. SOLUTION: The capacitor is equipped with a dielectric layer where two slits are cut in parallel, and the slits are filled with conductive material so as to serve as electrodes.
