PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor with low ESR which suppresses occurrence of a crack in a lead frame, even if a come-off preventing through hole is formed in the lead frame on which a scratch such as a rolling scratch is made in a manufacture process, in the solid electrolytic capacitor where a dielectric coat layer, a solid electrolytic layer and a cathode pull-out layer are sequentially formed on the surface of an anode body formed of a metal material, a capacitor element is constituted, an anode lead frame is connected to an anode lead pin erected on one end face of the anode body, a cathode lead frame is connected to a cathode come-out layer, and an outer side of the capacitor element is coated and sealed with an exterior resin layer. SOLUTION: The lead frame has the through hole where exterior resin enters into a part or the whole hole. The through hole is circular or elliptic. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
