PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which imparts an excellent weather resistance and shape retentivity at a high temperature and has a good compression set, without lowering moldability of a vinyl chloride resin composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by kneading a mixture containing (A) 100 pts. of a vinyl chloride resin, (B) vinyl chloride resin composition containing 20-200 pts. of a plasticizer, (C) 1-200 pts. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate-acrylic ester copolymer based on 100 pts. of the vinyl resin composition, as a rubbery elastomer, and at least either (D) an organic peroxide compound or (E) imidazole compound.
