METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHONDROITIN SULFATE IRON COLLOID AND TRACE ELEMENT PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a chondroitin sulfate iron colloid having a particle diameter of≤100 nm from chondroitin sulfate except chondroitin sulfate originated from cattle. SOLUTION: This method for producing the chondroitin sulfate iron colloid comprises adding and stirring a ferric chloride aqueous solution to a sodium chondroitin sulfate aqueous solution, adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to initially adjust the mixture to pH 3 to 7, further adding a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to adjust the solution to pH 7 to 14 on the alkaline side, then adding a ferric chloride aqueous solution to again adjust the mixture solution to pH 3 to 7 on the acidic side, and further alternately adding and stirring a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and a ferric chloride aqueous solution in mixed solution pH 3 to 14 to obtain the chondroitin sulfate iron colloid having a particle diameter of≤100 nm.
