PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortably workable environment for reducing a work burden of a user by freely laying out these furniture including cooperation of a plurality of furniture. SOLUTION: When a work start detecting means 13 detects a start of work of the user, a state determining means 16 detects a surrounding environment at that time by a surrounding environment detecting means 15, and a layout collating means collates a layout database 24 for storing layout information on the furniture according to a state, and acquires prescribed layout data. The acquired layout data acquires confirmation of the user by a layout operation confirming means, and after an obstacle confirming means 28 confirms the existence of an obstacle when moving the furniture, a furniture moving means 31 moves the furniture 32 to a prescribed layout.
