PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality reliability while bringing harmony between the detection sensitivity of a ball shortage detector and the occurrence of an abnormality in a mechanism. SOLUTION: When a ball absence detection time by the ball shortage detector 5 is a short abnormality detection time t1, an abnormality determining means 20 performs assumption that it is a temporary phenomenon where balls are not continuously received by the ball receiving part of a sprocket 15. The abnormality determining means 20 sets a time from the start of stop control till a re-trial for controlling the put-out of an actuator 17 to an abnormality release time T1 which is sufficiently short for releasing non-continuity where the balls are not continuously received by the ball receiving part of the sprocket 15. When the ball absence detection time by the ball shortage detector 5 is a long abnormality detection time t2, the means 20 performs assumption that it is a phenomenon where the balls are not supplied to the sprocket 15 from the side of game machine arrangement equipment. The means 20 sets a time from the start of stop control till the re-trial for controlling the put-out of the actuator 17 to an abnormality release time T2 which is sufficiently long for replenishing the balls to the sprocket 15 from the side of the game machine arrangement equipment.
