PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost fire extinguisher by subjecting a metal vessel inside of the fire extinguisher with a perfect rust prevention treatment. SOLUTION: After inserting a corrosion resistance bag body in the metal vessel, the bag body is inflated and brought into a close contact with the metal vessel inside. Compared with the conventional inside coating method, this method can eliminate any possibility of forming defects such as a pinhole, provide the low cost steel vessel used for the vessel of the fire extinguisher, prevent the impairment of the function as the fire extinguisher even a long period installation and extremely improving the durability.
