The invention relates to a gastric juice-resistant device for releasing active substance excipients having delayed intestinal passage from a gastric juice-resistant enclosure, and which serves to increase the active substance concentration in the intestines. The inventive device is characterised in that the active substance excipient containing at least one active substance is provided in the form of a multiparticulate preparation whose individual particles have mucoadhesive properties. The invention also relates to a method for producing said device.
