<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner replenishing device capable of stably supplying drawn-up toner to a toner replenishing roller by eliminating the permanent set of a carrying sheet due to stored toner. <P>SOLUTION: In the toner replenishing device equipped with the replenishing roller 47 arranged adjacently to a developing tank and a toner replenishing tank 28, the tank 28 is equipped with a stirring member 57 attached to a rotating driving shaft 57a in order to stir the stored toner 54, and the carrying sheet 58 attached to one end of the member 57 in order to stir and carry the toner 54.
