摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new ligand useful as an asymmetric catalyst for carrying out carbon-carbon bond reaction in high enantio-selectivity in a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The ligand is represented by general formula (R<SB>a</SB>, R<SB>b</SB>, R<SB>c</SB>and R<SB>d</SB>are each a substituted group, preferably R<SB>a</SB>and R<SB>b</SB>are each hydrogen or a phenyl group and R<SB>c</SB>and R<SB>d</SB>are each a group selected from a methyl group, an isopropyl group, a t-butyl group and a phenyl group).
