<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card for contact/noncontact use connecting an IC module to an antenna coil with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In this IC card 1, the IC module 10 having a contact terminal board and having the function of dual use of contact and noncontact is mounted in an embedding recessed part, and a noncontact communication function part of an IC module is connected to the antenna coil in a card base substance. In the IC card, a noncontact communication function part pad of one of IC chips is connected to two antenna connection terminals 121 and 122 existing one by one in a branched manner on each of the width and length of a rectangular IC module substrate, and four antenna connection terminals are provided in total. Antenna coil connection end parts in the base substance are made to conduct respectively to the branched two connection terminals, thereby forming four conduction parts in total.
