PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device which does not require an expensive exclusive cylinder unit or nozzle tip to enable the employment of a commercial inexpensive syringe, simplified as a whole to be reduced in equipment cost, selects a syringe having the optimum size (volume) at the time of setting to enable a simple replacement, is sharply improved in the range of the amount of a sample liquid handled by one dispenser 1 and sucks a large amount of the sample liquid to correspond even to a discharge demand. SOLUTION: A cylinder 211 and a plunger 221 provided to a dispenser 1 are respectively mounted on holding means 61 and 62 so as to be prevented from slipping off in an up and down direction not only to suck the sample liquid into a cylinder 211 by the upward movement of a plunger block 22 but also to detachably constitute the used cylinder 211 so as to replace the same corresponding to use frequency.
