PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded sheet excellent in transparency, impact resistance, and slipperiness on a stretched film; and a laminated sheet having the extruded sheet as the surface layer. SOLUTION: The extruded sheet is made of a styrenic resin composition prepared by homogeneously dispersing fine rubbery styrene-butadiene copolymer particles and organic particles in a styrenic monomer-alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer as the matrix resin. The fine rubbery particles are prepared by the graft copolymerization of a styrenic monomer and an alkyl (meth)acrylate onto a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and have an average particle size of 0.3-0.8μm. The organic particles are cross-linked particles having an average particle size of 3-15μm and a refractive index of 1.54-1.55. The extruded sheet has a surface unevenness with an arithmetic mean height of 0.2-0.5μm and a haze value of 20% or lower at a sheet thickness of 0.4 mm.
