PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray of an optical disk reproducing device for preventing a flutter which has an adverse effect on recording and reproducing in high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: This tray is a tray of an optical disk reproducing device comprising a disk loading concave section 20 formed so that the tray is loaded with an optical disk and is placed and held on the top face of a spindle, a front end side wall 21 formed in the front end side of the tray so as to surround the disk loading concave section 20, and a back end side wall 22 formed in the back end side of the tray so as to surround the disk loading concave section 20. A distance from the center of the spindle to the front end side wall 21 is larger than a value having the addition of 2.75 mm to the radius of a large-sized disk, and is provided so as to become smaller than a distance from the center of the spindle to a front end side surface 11a of the tray.
