PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a system for outputting collection of homepage links without requiring registration of personal information in a server and which can be selected according to individual preference. SOLUTION: An information system has a database in which pieces of link data with added identifiers are collected, is provided with an information means for transmitting a selection page in which a user can select the link data through a network to a system of a corresponding user via the network and has an information means for storing the link data selected by the user in the selection page in a user's personal computer as a cookie constituting character strings by identifiers of the data and its additional information. Next time, the cookie is read and a favorite link page capable of displaying the link according to the individual preference is outputted based on the cookie and the database.
