PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil applying device capable of stably and uniformly applying oil over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The oil applying device is constituted of an oil applying part 51 for applying oil and an oil storage part 52 for storing oil, wherein the oil applying part 51 and the oil storage part 52 are integrally made of an oil impregnated material, and also, an oil blocking film 61 is formed on the outer surface of the oil storage part 52.
