PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set the transmission destination of an event notification message to a notification source server device without considering the existence of a notification collecting server. SOLUTION: In requesting the execution of a job to an image processor 2, a notification collection server detecting part 16 detects a plurality of collection servers 3 on a network 4, and selects one notification collection server 3 according to selection conditions by referring to the respective attributes. A notification destination setting part 151 sets the address of the notification collection server 3 which collects an event notification message instead of a client device 1 as the transmission destination of the event notification message in a notification request to be transmitted to the image processor 2 simultaneously with the job execution request. The image processor 2 transmits the event notification message to the transmission destination set in the notification request when any event is generated according to the execution of the job.
