PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full differential amplifier slew rate boosting structure for an amplifier having closed loop gain that is extremely close to an unit or is smaller than the unit. SOLUTION: The full differential amplifier slew rate boosting structure used for the amplifier having the closed loop gain being extremely close to the unit or being smaller than the unit connects a first plate of compensating capacitors 50, 52 to internal high-impedance gain nodes 40, 42 as before and drives the second plate of the compensating capacitors 50, 52 by input signals IN+, IN- in a way being different from the conventional one. Voltage that appears by responding to a change in the input signal and crossing the compensating capacitors 50, 52 is clearly smaller than that achieved by using the conventional compensation configuration, where other plates of the compensating capacitor are connected to the earth. Current is hardly required to charge the compensating capacitors 50, 52, thus preventing a slew rate from being restricted by the tail current of an input stage no longer.
