PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal amplifier circuit for maintaining a signal output level with high stability by reducing memory areas in use. SOLUTION: A flash memory 29 stores a required reference output level in advance, and a temperature sensor 28 measures in advance a reference temperature corresponding to each reference output level and stores the result to the flash memory 29. Then the absolute value of the difference between the reference temperature and a measured present temperature is obtained as a difference and the reference output level subjected to temperature compensation is estimated on the basis of the difference by using a computing equation. A CPU 22 adjusts a control voltage of a GC 6 so as to make the measured output level coincident with the estimated value of the reference output level and performs control operations so as to maintain a desired output level to be a prescribed value.
