PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a void form for decreasing excessive water in a concrete layer. SOLUTION: A reinforcement bar 10 and a winding-made void form 2 are disposed on a floor form 1 and concrete is placed thereon. The peripheral wall of the void form 2 has through holes 8 to be water permeable, whereby excessive water penetrates into the void form 2 through the through holes 8. At the time, excessive water descends along the projected and recessed parts of the outer peripheral surface of the winding pipe to be smoothly collected to the lower side, and the collected water penetrates from the lower through holes 8 into the void form 2. Thus, the moisture content of the concrete layer is lowered to promote the curing of concrete resulting in reduction of in the term of construction, and also the quantity of water freezed is decreased to improve concrete strength. The water in the void form 2 is discharged to the outside by suitably providing a drain passage 9. Although the water permeability of the void form 2 may be obtained having the size of the through hole 8 inhibiting the passing of concrete, it may be obtained by covering the through holes 8 with a water permeable sheet.
