PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible thermoplastic resin composition which has high mechanical properties, flexibility and high moldability in general molding methods as well as in extrusion molding requiring heat fusion, substitutes a flexible polyvinyl chloride resin and is suitable for various flexible hoses, tubes, sheets, etc. SOLUTION: The flexible thermoplastic resin composition contains (a) 20-50 mass% block copolymer comprising a polymer block (A) comprising an aromatic compound having a vinyl group and a polymer block (B) comprising a conjugated diene compound and/or a hydrogenated block copolymer wherein an unsaturated double bond of the polymer block (B) in the block copolymer is hydrogenated, (b) 20-50 mass% polyolefin copolymer rubber, (c) 10-30 mass% adhesion-imparting resin and (d) 5-35 mass% polypropylene resin.
