PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the irregularity in a cut surface by removing the deflection of paper when cutting the ends of sheets. SOLUTION: A sheet post-treating apparatus gradually applies press force from a back cover side (for example, an end section at a side being subjected to folding treatment) of the sheet before pressing the sheet after folding treatment for fixation by a plate, a roller, or the like, for moving in the direction of an end face.
