PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cushion of a reach fork lift that has a simple configuration and can maintain vibration absorption effect for a long time. SOLUTION: In the floor cushion 10 of the reach fork lift, a prism 13 is provided at a position that opposes a hole section 11a being provided at four corners of a floorboard 11 on the lower surface of a member 12 made of rubber as in the floorboard 11 in a plan view. Then, the member 12 made of rubber is fixed to the floorboard 11 by the fitting between the hole section 11a and the prism 13. Additionally, a plurality of rows of protrusions 14 are formed on the lower surface of the member 12 made of rubber, and a recess 15 surrounded by the protrusions 14 and the outer periphery section of the member 12 made of rubber forms an air chamber at an area to the upper surface of the floorboard 11. Further, a projection 16 projecting in the direction of the floorboard 11 is formed at the recess 15. A non-slip pattern 17 is formed on the upper surface of the member 12 made of rubber as a support surface for supporting an operator, thus absorbing vibration by the elastic deformation of a tip section 13a of the prism 13, the air chamber, the protrusions 14, and the projection 16.
