PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable sheet for bedding for covering a bed or a futon, generating little malodor even if the sheet soils, capable of inhibiting propagation of various germs, and useful for stimulating blood circulation of a user. SOLUTION: The sheet for bedding is made of non-woven fabric of fibers 2 with a fibrous base material for the non-woven fabric made of polyolefin such as polypropylene to which ceramic powder material 3 finely ground to 10μm or smaller in diameter radiating far infrared rays, tourmaline powder material 4 finely ground to 10μm or smaller in diameter radiating negative ions and chitosan 5 are added, or coated fibers 7 with the above materials mixed in an adhesive.
