PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a CT tomograph using X-rays, an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) tomograph, a positron diagnostic apparatus using positron radiation, etc. has difficulty in diagnosis of functions since they are methods for diagnosing a section with an anatomical trouble, though they are effective methods for detecting the damaged section and lesion section of the brain. SOLUTION: This diagnostic apparatus presents a deteriorated noise sound signal obtained by sorting at least a part of a sound signal into a single or a plurality of band signals to be noise to a patient, analyzes the content of an answer recognized by the patient and presented stimulation, and diagnoses the condition of the disease of the patient with the result of analysis.
