This invention relates to an apparatus for producing active water. The apparatus includes an upstream connector, a downstream connector, gaskets, annular rings, a housing, an inner central portion, magnetic conductivity bodies, permanent magnets, a plastic pipe liner. Wherein the permanent magnets are deposited into the inner central portion which is forced and installed in the housing. The permanent magnets are arranged around the magnetic conductivity bodies so as to form a cobwebby static magnetic field having diverse intensity. The apparatus may produce small molecular water having different polymeric form so that the produced water can meet with the different requirement.
