GROUND SWITCHING CIRCUIT

A ground switching circuit connected between an arbitrary signal line where a high-frequency signal passes through and the ground for switching the signal line between grounded and non-grounded states is disclosed. The ground switching circuit comprises a first switching circuit having a drain terminal, a source terminal, a gate terminal and a back-gate terminal, and a second switching circuit which is connected to the back-gate terminal of the first switching circuit and operates synchronously with the first switching circuit in such a manner that its open/closed state agrees with that of the first switching circuit.
