The unlocking device (1) unlocks the rear seat cushion (2.1) of a vehicle seat (2). The unlocking part (3) has a pull tag (3.1) with a web (3.2) and a handle (3.3). The tag can be arranged by the web by means of a positioning device (4) against the cushion so that it can be displaced vertically. The positioning device forms a sort of sliding bearing for the web.
