PURPOSE: A jig for setting a center line of an axle of a large vehicle is provided to prevent the deviation of the center line of a rear axle generated by exceeding a permissible error in assembling by exactly setting a mounting position in mounting a radius rod. CONSTITUTION: A jig for setting a center line of an axle of a large vehicle is composed of a supporting frame(10) forming a hook part moved by a hoist or a crane of an assembly line, a pair of coordinate setting units(20,20') formed at both sides of the supporting frame to set a coordinate with centering on drums(D) of a wheel and a hub, and a pair of coordinate measuring units(30,30') installed to the lower of the supporting frame from the coordinate setting units to mounting shafts(SBX) of support beams(SB) at regular intervals.
