<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which can improve attachment nature to casing while ensuring waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: In the grommet 40, waterproofing ribs 59, 59 stretched in the attachment direction are formed in central parts of thin plates 58, 58 of a second sealing part 46. A pair of pressure protrusions 35, 35 are formed toward the box main body 10 from the lower surface 33 of the lid 30, corresponding to the waterproofing ribs 59, 59.
