ELECTRONIC BILL SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING ISSUING AND CASHING BY ATM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of a customer by realizing shortening of waiting time of the customer, resolution of restriction of a use time zone, etc. in cashing processing of a bill.

SOLUTION: The electronic bill system is constituted so that issuance, discount, endorsement, and cashing of an electronic bill are performed by an ATM (automatic teller machine) and a cellular phone by providing an issuing financial institution management device and an accepting financial institution management device in the computer of a bank with databases for managing bill information.
